About the Course
In this course, you will learn all the basics to start your icarian journey, whether you are at the very start of your journey playing with this discipline, or if you already have some experience and want to build a stronger foundation that will allow you to improve at a steady pace.
You will find videos of exercices, drills ands tricks for you to practice and improve your skills.
The Icarian Foundation Course includes the following skills:

Throne Straight Throws
Bird to Throne
Throne to Bird
Whale to Bird
Back Handspring from Reverse Star
Each skill will be explained with a series of progressions in order to make them accessible, clear, and to build up your way to the final skill. You will also find challenges for you to take as soon as you feel comfortable with the basic skills.
This course will teach you to base, fly, but also to spot in order to make each skill safe.
