About the Course
In this course, you will learn the basics of Standing Partner Acrobatics, warm ups and drills, in order to set some nice foundations to start your Standing Partner Acrobatics journey, or if you already have some experience and want to build a stronger foundation that will allow you to improve at a steady pace.
You will find videos of exercices, drills ands tricks for you to practice and improve your skills.
The Standing Foundation Course includes the following drills and skills:

Flyer tempos in F2H
LBase long arms F2H

2-High up and down
F2H basic entrance and exit

Each skill will be explained with a series of progressions in order to make them accessible, clear, and to build up your way to the final skill.
This course will teach you to base, fly, but also to spot in order to make each skill safe.

*The course only includes a basic warm up, but we highly recommend you to warm properly your neck, shoulders, elbows, wrists, core, legs, knees and ankles before any Standing Partner Acrobatic training session.
