About the event
In this intensive open to all levels, we will go through all the progressions to get a nice and stable Hand to Hand.
To this end, we will work on handstands, L Basing Foot to Hand and Hand to Hand, 2-High, tempos, and finally standing Foot to Hand and Hand to Hand.
