We are incredibly excited to come together again for this high-level acro celebration in Mexico, uniting a team of specialized instructors from all around the world in these techniques.

Whether it's your first time at the convention or you enjoyed it so much that you want to return, we want to let you know how much we love your desire to be part of this amazing experience in the enchanting town of San Pancho, Nayarit. Here, you'll enjoy a delightful tropical climate, the colorful magic of the town, local flavors, warm sunsets, a vibrant nightlife, and the unique beaches that host both national and international multidisciplinary artists.

This event consists of intensive simultaneous workshops for different skill levels, spanning 4 days at the facilities of CIRCO DE LOS NIÑOS (by: Cirque du Soleil). The workshops cover everything from the basic elements of whips and pops to advanced icarian and whipops, allowing you to choose your favorites based on your acro experience.

After registering, please make a non-refundable deposit of $2000.00 pesos (to the account details provided at the end of this form) to secure your spot at the event. The remaining payment will be made in cash upon arrival. Please note that to avail of any early bird discounts, the deposit must be made before the deadline; registration alone won't be sufficient.

The event location is conveniently close to Puerto Vallarta and the international airport of Puerto Vallarta (Licenciado Gustavo Díaz Ordaz).

With an artistic, cultural, and tourist-friendly atmosphere, the town attracts visitors from all over the world. In the center, you'll find numerous restaurants and cafes, as well as musicians and artists selling unique crafts or delivering incredible performances.

The fun in San Pancho never ends; whether it's surfing, sunbathing, attending a jazz concert, or taking yoga classes, there's something for everyone. Each day gifts unique sunsets that paint the sky in a spectacle you won't want to miss.

During your free time at the Mexicarian Convention, you'll find a plethora of ways to entertain yourself or simply indulge in complete relaxation.

CANCELLATION POLICY

In general, the deposit is non-refundable. We want to be flexible within our possibilities and adapt to the current situation. For this, we have established the following cancellation conditions: • In the event of cancellation by the organization: 100% refundable • Cancellations by participants due to personal reasons, including illness, weddings, and other reasons: Non-refundable • Cancellations due to travel restrictions for participants will incur a $700 MXN management fee.
